New Delhi, June 3: Satyam Infoway Ltd has got a major relief in its internet business as the Supreme Court has set aside a Delhi High Court order allowing another company to use a domain name deceptively similar to its website www.sify.com. Setting aside a high court order allowing Siffynet Solutions Pvt Ltd to carry on its business with domain names like www.siffynet.com, a bench comprising Justice Ruma Pal and Justice P. V. Reddi said Sifynet Solutions should continue its business by changing its domain name.

Mumbai, June 3: The Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction has approved the merger of Ambuja Cement Rajasthan (ACRL) with Gujarat Ambuja Cements (GACL), effective from June 1. According to the approval, one new share of GACL would be issued for every 50 of ACRL.
