Commuters on Thursday had a different feeling as they glided past the otherwise busy railway level crossing in Kumhrar. Many of them were seen thanking the administration for bringing a change in their lives. Even social welfare department minister Parveen Amanuallh used the flyover on Thursday. Sitting on the front seat of her official SUV, she enjoyed the easy route while going towards west (Kumhrar). A couple of enthusiastic bikers shared their thoughts with The Telegraph

Earlier, I used to get stuck for hours at the level crossing while going to the other side of the tracks or else used to take a detour of 1.5km. Now, this flyover will provide me relief and a hassle-free ride. I must appreciate both the state government and the railways for doing good work in the city

It has solved the problem of traffic snarls and will help me save time. I think more flyovers should be constructed at level crossings. It is safer as well
