A high court single bench on Friday directed the CBSE to publish results of 176 students of AVN School that were withheld.

Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi directed the board to declare the results in two weeks.

The board had claimed there were problems with the documents submitted by the school authorities.

The affected students had filed a writ petition before the court, requesting direction to CBSE. Satyavrat Verma, appearing on behalf of the students, said 388 students had appeared in the Class X examination conducted by CBSE in March but results of only 212 students were declared.
