Patna, Oct. 28: The probe into the murder of five persons, including three children and two women, in a city hotel seems to have hit a dead end with its prime suspect — Dehri-on-Sone resident Shrawan Kumar — doing a vanishing act.

Some cops are of the view that he might have killed himself because he left behind a suicide note in the room where the bodies were found. A few others suspect the prime accused has fled to Nepal.

Heavily indebted Shrawan allegedly killed his wife Jaymala Devi (35), sons Adarsh Raj (9) and Akash Raj (4), daughter Anamika (5) and sister-in-law Neelam Devi (26) last Saturday in Hotel Palika near Chiraiayatand over-bridge.
