Mishap kills two kids

Patna: Two children died on Sunday evening as a brick-laden truck lost control and hit them. he accident occurred at Jakanpura area under Ramkrishana police station around 6.30pm. The deceased have been identified as Gudia (8) and Suraj (9). Sources said while the truck was trying to overtake another vehicle, the driver lost control and fell in a road side ditch.

Accident

Bhabhua (PTI): Three persons were killed and 18 others were injured when a bus in which they were travelling overturned near Kumhrar village in Kaimur district on Sunday.

Luggage

Patna: Sixteen Air India passengers (Delhi-Patna-Delhi) could not find their luggage after arriving in the state capital on Saturday evening as they had been left in Delhi. The luggages were sent to the state capital on Sunday.

Assault

Patna: Assistant engineer K.K. Sinha, posted under Danapur division of East Central Railway, was beaten up by some unidentified people at Dumroan on Sunday.

Patna: A two-day national seminar organised by Mahavir Cancer Sansthan and Research Centre, Genomics 2012, concluded on Sunday.
