Patna, Jan. 13: The investigation wing of Income Tax (I-T) department on Friday conducted search operations at offices and houses of Alok Sharma, who runs Industrial Training Institute across the state, and his partners for alleged tax evasion. ank passbooks were seized from business and residential premises of sugar trader Nawal Kishore Tevriwal in another I-T search operation, sources said.

Tourist death

Patna: A 75-year-old Russian woman died of cardiac arrest at Patna airport around 1pm on Friday. The woman was returning home, after attending the 32nd Kalchakra Puja in Bodhgaya.
