Siwan, Aug. 13: BJP MLA from Raghunathpur Vikram Kunwar on Saturday allegedly received a life threat. Vikram lodged a complaint with Hussainganj police station. he MLA said on Friday evening, he received a call on his mobile number 993403997 from 9955688801.
