Patna: A body of a boy aged between eight and nine was recovered on Wednesday at the Nandlal Chapra area at the border of the Agamkuan and Bypass police stations. he eyes were gouged out and the body was thrown in a heap of garbage. The police said that the boy is yet to be identified adding that it could be a case of a murder. Patna: A meeting was organised by the urban development and housing department which was headed by urban development minister Prem Kumar.
