Patna: Around 50 people on Monday visited the SK Puri police station with a complaint against a company, accusing it of cheating them. ccording to police, RB Group of Companies housed in Sudha Apartment of Boring Canal Road took Rs 5,000 from more than 100 people promising them jobs as counsellors and team leaders with the firm but ran away with the money. “An FIR has ben lodged against Nitesh Kumar and Alok Kumar, both owners of the company,” a police officer said. Siwan: Suresh Nut, an inmate of Siwan jail, lodged in the jail hospital for a month died on Monday. He was jailed on charges of theft a year ago. Fast-track court 1 judge Ramdaras in his order a month ago, had instructed jail authorities for better treatment of the inmate on the petition of the family members of Nut.Patna: The written examination for appointment of the post of 1,296 clerks in the subordinate courts of Bihar will be held on October 16. The test will be held at the Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Gaya, Chhapra and Purnea centres.
