Patna, Nov. 13: Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee president Ashok Choudhary would inaugurate the Swatantrata Senani Samman Samaroh on Thursday to commemorate the 124th birth anniversary of first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru at the party’s state headquarters. ormer Union minister Akhilesh Prasad Singh would be the chief guest on the occasion. Patna: Rupam Phatak, convicted in the Purnea BJP MLA Raj Kishore Keshri murder case, on Wednesday surrendered before the special CBI court on the direction of the Supreme Court. Special CBI judge B. N. Singh remanded her in judicial custody. Keshri was stabbed to death on January 4, 2011.
