Patna: Chief minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday disbursed loans worth Rs 39.71 crore among 7,329 self-help groups at a function organised by Jeevika and nationalised banks at Rajgir International Convention Centre.

Muzaffarpur: Members of North Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Muzaffarpur, have expressed concern over the rise in loot and attack incidents on traders.

Carcass found

Bagaha: The carcass of a leopard cub was found in a sugarcane field at Goeti village on Sunday. Police recovered the carcass and handed it over to the range officer of Madanpur forest of Valmiki Tiger Reserve.
