? Kathmandu, Dec. 5 (PTI): Two Indians from Bihar, Sujit Dube, 22 and Bhikhari Chaudhary, 20, were arrested from Parsa district near the border in Nepal while trying to smuggle out 15kg of marijuana to India on a bike.

Patna: Patna police, in coordination with special task force, on Saturday nabbed two criminals from the Dulhin Bazaar area during a vehicle checking drive. A total of 100 live cartridges, two mobile phones and a motor bike have been recovered from the duo, who have been identified as Rahul Kumar lias Navin Singh and Pintu Kumar. Both are suspected to be arms dealers. (Joy)
Patna: Former deputy chief minister and BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi has attacked state government for deteriorating law and order in state. Modi said that some anti social elements on Thursday night damaged the statue of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya and Kargil war memorial at Munger. Patna: Leader of Opposition in the Assembly, Prem Kumar, has attacked chief minister Nitish Kumar for saying recently that the BJP was keeping the Ayodhya issue 'alive' for political reasons. He said Nitish should clarify whether he wants a temple or mosque at the disputed site.
Patna: Union minister of state for skill development and entrepreneurship (independent charge) Rajiv Pratap Rudy today visited Kaushal Shivir organised in the backdrop of annual Sonepur fair. 1. Patna: The case against former advocate of Patna High court and former education minister Prasant Kumar Shahi and former road construction minister Rajeev Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh has been dropped and disposed off on December 4, 2015 by additional chief judicial magistrate Pandey Rishi Kant Sinha. The court has said in it order that on perusal of FIR and case diary there is nothing on record regarding violation of section 144 of Criminal Procedure Code for taking cognizance. Gandhi Maidan police lodged an FIR against both former ministers on July 7, 2015. After investigation police filed charge sheet against them on July 30, 2015. The allegation against Shahi and Singh went for casting their votes by government vehicle with beacon lights on July 7, 2015 in the state legislative council election. (Uma Kant)
2. Patna: Vigilance investigation bureau on Saturday lodged an FIR against former Purnia district manager of Bihar state food corporation Subodh Kumar Jha in connection with disproportionate assets case. Jha was arrested red-handed on September 23, 2015 while he was accepting bribe from one Vijay Kumar. (Uma Kant)

Patna: CBI on Saturday filed charge sheet against five persons including former sub-post master of Gogri post office (Khagaria) in connection with forgery of money of beneficiaries under National Old Age Pention Scheme to open forged accounts. CBI lodged an FIR against them on July 17, 2014. (Uma Kant)
4. Patna: Special CBI judge Arunendra Singh on Saturday acquitted formed field officer state bank of India (Gandhi Maidan branch, Patna) Ajay Kumar Sinha in lack of evidence in a bribery case. Sinha was arrested red-handed on January 14, 2011 while he was accepting bribe money. On the other hand special CBI judge Sarvajeet on Saturday acquitted former clerk of head post office (Siwan) Braj Kishore Mishra in lack of evidence in a bribery case.
