Residents can catch the next song of the much-hyped movie Besharam in the city on Wednesday.

Abhinav Kashyap, the director of the movie, has selected the city over the metros to launch the next song of the movie.

Confirming the news over an email, Kashyap said: “Yes, it’s true that we will launch the next song of our movie, after the title track, tomorrow (on Wednesday) in Patna. I strongly feel that the audience of the state can connect with my film. My debut film Dabangg did good business in Bihar. Therefore, I have decided to launch the next song of Besharam to show my gratitude towards the audience.”

The Ranbir Kapoor-starrer will show him sharing screen space with his parents, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, for the first time.

Unlike earlier times, Patna is soon becoming a favourite destination for Bollywood filmmakers to promote their movies.

Recently, the city has witnessed a string of celebrities lined up to promote their movies. The Kashyap brothers — Abhinav and Anurag — are no exception. Anurag Kashyap had earlier launched Jiya Ho Bihar Ke Lala, the song from his movie Gangs of Wasseypur, in the city and it later became a huge hit.
