Chhapra, Feb. 9: Saran district and sessions judge Prakash Chandra Mishra inaugurated a hall in Chhapra Bar association today.

He expressed happiness over the stance of advocate Lal Narayan Singh who got it constructed in the memory of his father late Hari Narayan Singh, who was also an advocate.

The hall has been constructed at a cost of Rs 8.5 lakh, Singh said. Mishra applauded the contribution of a son in the memory of his father and said that Singh has done a great service to the cause of the advocates by providing seating space and has set an example.
