Patna, Sept. 19: Bihar State Child Rights Protection Commission (BSCRPC) will form an inquiry team to probe whether the government schools have formed school management committees according to the provisions of Right to Education Act.

The chairperson of the commission, Nisha Jha, told The Telegraph: “The commission has received few complaints from the districts. People unrelated to the field of education are being nominated as members.” Jha added that the inquiry team would have two members — one from BSCRPC and another from the area. The commission would meet on September 26.
