The chief minister and his officials will reach New Delhi a little after midnight and catch a flight to Patna on Friday afternoon. During the tour, Nitish, road construction minister Nand Kishore Yadav, and senior government officials addressed an investors' summit in Tokyo to showcase opportunities in the state and attract entrepreneurs to invest as well as set up facilities here.
