(Above) Patna divisional commissioner Anand Kishor on Sunday inspects Gandhi Maidan to assess preparation for the Id namaz to be offered on Monday. Chief minister Nitish Kumar, who extended his greetings on Sunday, will also attend the Monday namaz. Kishor instructed officials to install door-frame metal detectors at every entrance to the ground. During inspection of the Maidan, all the closed-circuit television cameras were found defunct and Kishor issued orders to make them functional by Sunday evening and issued show cause notices to officials concerned.
