The Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation stall at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on Tuesday.

EUPHORIA: The police personnel joined the general euphoria of the Bihar Divas celebrations. The men-in-uniform organised separate functions.

BLOOD DONATION: The Bihar Military Police (BMP) personnel organised a blood donation camp on the premises of Command Hospital at Phulwarisharif. Altogether 93 policemen attached to different battalions of the force donated blood on the occasion. Additional director-general, BMP, AC Verma also donated blood at the camp.

PROGRAMMES: The police department put up a stall at Gandhi Maidan to highlight the achievements of the police force. Sources at the state police headquarters said the Special Task Force would organise demonstrations like riot drill, dog show at the Gandhi Maidan as part of the Divas celebrations.

An exhibition on traffic has also been organised.

The police headquarters has also come up with special stickers on Bihar Divas.
