Several schools on Tuesday joined the holiday bandwagon fearing traffic disruption owing to the RJD’s Parivartan Rally on Wednesday.
St Dominic Savio’s High School principal Glenda Galstaun said her school would be closed as a precaution.
Classes would remain suspended at Patna Central School and Krishna Niketan as well.
Patna Central School would also remain closed. Vice-principal O.P. Singh said: “Formative assessments scheduled for May 15 would be held on Saturday.”
Gyan Niketan, too, has decided to suspend classes. So have St Michael’s High School. The institution’s principal, Father Peter, said: “The school would be closed on account of a staff meeting on Wednesday.”
DAV, Khagaul, principal D.K. Ghosh, said: “Classes would be suspended on that day.”
