What: Wearing a green and maroon salwar kameez, Rituparna Sengupta arrived in the evening of October 17 to inaugurate the pandal of Chittaranjan Smriti Mandir in central Howrah. The actress was impressed with the theme of an old zamindar house’s thakurdalan and the traditional ekchala idol. Along with Rituparna were minister for agriculture marketing, Arup Roy, Howrah MP Ambika Banerjee and MLA Jatu Lahiri.
