Nature through the lens
Five men from different professional backgrounds have teamed up in the ongoing show, expressing their love for photography and nature. In their third photography exhibition, the members of Focus Five have portrayed various aspects of nature, besides showcasing well-known tourist attractions and landmarks from all over the world. Despite a hectic life pursuing twin professions, Subrata Das presents fascinating images of wildlife, evoking its magic, magnificence and grandeur. A liquor merchant by profession, Somnath Ghosh lets his passion flow onto his photographic compositions. Civil engineer Amlan Dutta establishes an amazing bond between cutting-edge beauty and subtle features. Businessman Subhas Dutta (a photograph by him appears right) reveals his obsession for his birthplace, Calcutta, through his photographs. Glittering like the jewels that Surajit Hari produces, his photographs capture the ever-inspiring beauties of nature.
