“Advisories have been mailed to all employees. Hand sanitisers have been placed in the reception and in wash rooms. Since last Friday, we have acquired thermal guns and started monitoring temperature of people in the reception areas. Anyone found having temperature more than 99ºC is being taken aside to be checked by paramedics, posted round the clock. Those coming from abroad have to go undergo tests. If anyone develops fever or has cough in office, he is being sent to the medical room. Rooms have been earmarked for quarantine which are regularly being deep cleaned.”

Also door handles are being cleaned every two hours as are the lift buttons and telephone handsets in common areas. The support staff have been handed three-ply face masks while drivers and transport vendors have been instructed to clean the vehicles every day.
