Xavier's admission
St. Xavier's University has started accepting online applications for its postgraduate courses for the 2017-18 session from Tuesday. Four PG courses are being offered this year - MCom, MSW, MA in English and MA in mass communication. Computer facilities for online applications are available on both the Park Street and the New Town campuses. Online applications for undergraduate courses will begin from May 26. "The university will conduct MCQ-based admission tests for all courses. The dates for the tests have been announced on the university website. One deviation in the admission policy of the university is that math is not compulsory for BCom and BMS courses as it is at the Park Street college," said Fr Felix Raj, the vice-chancellor of the university. For details one can log on to www.sxul.edu.in or call the reception counters of Park Street and New Town campus at 033-65020638 or 033-22892016.
