St Xavier’s College, Calcutta, marked its founder’s day on Friday by gifting itself a new building and a centralised library. The three-storey building was named Jubilee Building in the presence of principal Father P.C. Mathew, rector Father George Ponodath, Father Provincial George Pattery and minority affairs minister Abdul Sattar.
