London-based Nothing has unveiled its first over-ear headphones, called Headphone (1). It has been acoustically engineered in collaboration with KEF and stands out for its intuitive tactile controls and design language that celebrates transparency. KEF comes with over 60 years of expertise in high-fidelity sound.

Coming with transparent elements and premium materials like formed aluminium, precision CNC components, and PU memory foam, Headphone (1) has telescopic arms for adjustment. Oil-resistant ear cushions mould naturally to the listener’s head, reducing ear pressure and providing a secure, comfortable seal for all-day wear across a wide range of head shapes.

Perhaps the most notable feature of Headphone (1) is the shift away from touch controls. The Roller, Paddle, and Button offer a reliable way to adjust volume, navigate media, and switch ANC modes.

With on-device spatialisation and built-in head tracking, Headphone (1) transforms any stereo source into a 360-degree soundstage that adapts in real time to the listener’s movement. With support for Hi-Res Audio, LDAC, USB-C lossless playback, and a 3.5mm jack, the device delivers high-quality audio.

Headphone (1) will be available in black and white variants for ₹21,999 and you can avail an introductory launch day price of ₹19,999 on July 15.
