Calcutta: Regal Classic is fancied to lift the 1,400m Delhi Race Club Trophy, Tuesday’s main attraction in the seven-event race card. The five-year-old, from trainer Daniel David’s stable, was a good fourth behind El Tropico in his last outing when partnered by I. Khan. Now that the Inner City-Royal Rex son will be guided by a stronger jockey, Vinay Jaiswal, Regal Classic’s winning chances are looking brighter.
The challenge to Regal Classic may come from the topwgihted runner, Misschevious Trot and Samarkhand. However, both horses are known to be moody gallopers.
The 1,100m Attorney Plate may witness a close contest between Accrews, Glynneath and Isle Of Capri. Accrews has won both his 1,100m starts without raising sweat. The speedy colt, by Oath out of Acquest — despite his topweight — may do the trick again in the hands of jockey Christopher Alford.Read as: Sl. nos, last 4 runs, horse name, trainer, jockey, weight & draw:
