Colombo: Two of the national selectors, Venkatapathi Raju and Sanjay Jagdale, are in town on assignment.

Both will be around in Sri Lanka till at least the end of the second Test (August 4).

“We’ll return once the chairman (Dilip Vengsarkar) arrives for the third and final Test,” Jagdale, who has been a manager on tours to Sri Lanka, told The Telegraph.

Bhupinder Singh and Ranjib Biswal will be on duty during the five ODIs.
