Calcutta: The West Bengal Badminton Association (WBBA) has again faltered in its attempt to push through an election.

Those who have always protested the high handed ways of the existing so-called office bearers of the WBBA Wednesday got an ad-interim stay order from the city civil court, preventing the existing office-bearers from announcing results of the September 8 elections.

The more important part of the order is: “The defendants are also restrained from acting as office bearers… and from pursuing in accordance with the result of the election… till 8.11.2002 as Puja vacation intervenes…”
