Calcutta: Mohun Bagan take on Army XI, at the Barasat Stadium, on Tuesday.
Coach Sanjay Sen may bring in Ujjwal Howladar in place of Ram Mailk, while Prasenjit Pal may come in place of Pratik Choudhury. If Prasenjit plays, it will be his debut then for a big team.
Sen said he is not taking the Army XI side for granted. "They are one of the best teams in the CFL... Very organised and disciplined... It will be foolish to take them lightly," he said after Mohun Bagan's practice session, at the club ground, on Monday.
Bagan have been banking heavily on Dudu Omagbemi and Katsumi Yusa with the duo scoring all the goals till now. "What's the problem with that? They are doing their job.
"Dudu was roped in because he is a goal-scorer. He is just doing his job. Do you think anybody other than Do Dong Hyun is scoring for East Bengal?" Sen sounded irritated.
He also pointed out that his team cannot afford to lose any more points. "We lost two points in our first match (against Mohammedan Sporting). So, another draw or a loss will have a telling effect on the morale of the team.
"Having said that, I still believe the CFL is wide open,"he said. Bagan now have eight points from four matches, while Army XI have nine from six.
