They were nominated as National level champions by a special panel appointed by the Turf Authorities of India. They will be honoured at a special function on the eve of the Invitation Cup. A special category award ? the Hall of fame award ? will also be given to an individual for his outstanding achievement, contribution or services to the sport. The five secretaries of the five turf clubs along with one representative of the sponsor will form the panel of judges and jointly nominate the winner.
