Jajpur: Work at Tata Steel’s Kalinga Nagar plant stopped after agitators locked its three gates seeking compensation and rehabilitation on Wednesday. According to the state’s relief and rehabilitation policy, all those who have become adult after January 1, 2005, are treated as a separate family. “Those agitating now were minors when the cut-off date was fixed.
