Bhubaneswar: With a large number of seats lying vacant in various engineering colleges, the state government has decided to amend the lateral entry provisions for admission of diploma holders from outside the state to fill up the degree engineering seats. Bhubaneswar: The state government has reconstituted the Odisha Water Supply and Sewerage Board under the chairmanship of the housing and urban development minister for the next three years.
