Bhubaneswar: An alleged Maoist was killed in an encounter between the District Voluntary Force (DVF) and the rebels near Kalyasingpur in Rayagada district. e is yet to be identified. Bhubaneswar: A 35-year-old domestic help was allegedly raped at gunpoint in Samantarapur on Tuesday night. The maid on Wednesday lodged a complaint at Mahila police station. The police have started an investigation into the incident.
