Dimasa memo to Patil

A North Cachar Hills delegation led by the All Dimasa Students? Union on Wednesday submitted a memorandum to home minister Shivraj Patil, urging him to accept the demand of ?Dimaraji?, a homeland for the Dimasas. The memo warned the DHD would revert back to militancy if the demand was not accepted. The delegation demonstrated at Jantar Mantar and some even tonsured their heads.
