Schedule

Morning ? 5 am to 10 am; Evening ? 3 pm to 9 pm. Flexible timings.

Equipment

Five treadmills, multigyms, independent stations and weight sets.

Clientele

Men, women and sportspersons. There are also clients of up to 65 years of age. Several diabetics have also joined.

Special short-term clientele are fresh recruits in the security forces, who are trained on the basics of physical training. Instructor Bora has also worked in the security forces.

Enrolment status

The gym has 250 members, including eight women.

Fee structure

Rs 200 for enrolment and Rs 350 per month.

Workout routine

Separate module depending on the client’s needs. Use of muscle-enhancing drugs strictly prohibited.

Ranjit Mikir, Manto Boro, Hiranya Kalita, Nayan Rongpi (all national-level body building contestants and winners) and several Assam and Northeast-level winners and contestants.

Celebrity register

Filmstars, state cricketers, paddlers, shuttlers and other sportspersons.
