Bora said with every state surging ahead in information technology, there should be no reason why Assam should remain backward.
“Books like these should be popularised at different fora to help in spreading knowledge on Internet,” he said.
The Assam government has provided community information centres in all the development blocks of the state which is attracting many youths to use Internet for getting information on any subject in the world today.
