May 30 marks the 10th death anniversary of filmmaker Rituparno Ghosh. While his life’s work remains as a testament to the creative genius of the icon, the vacuum left behind barely lives up to the saying — time heals everything. However, on his death anniversary this year, pay tribute to the icon by watching Bird of Dusk on Hoichoi — laughing and crying as Rituparno lights up the screen, and veteran artistes like the late Soumitra Chattopadhyay, Sharmila Tagore, Nandita Das, Prosenjit, Arjun Rampal, Kaushik Ganguly and Aparna Sen share their experiences and memories with Rituparno. The docu-feature has been penned and directed by Sangeeta Ghosh and the title of the project comes after a painting by Abanindranath Tagore.
