Diwali is over, but the festivities aren’t over yet. After keeping silent over the progress of The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special for almost two years, Marvel unexpectedly dropped the trailer of what promises to be the most wholesome Christmas gift ever! The trailer sees the gang together again, as they try to find the perfect Christmas present for a brooding Peter Quill, while he deals with Gamora’s absence. In the process, Groot, Rocket, Drax, Mantis and Nebula decide to visit Earth for the one thing that could cheer up their friend: Kevin Bacon! With a November 25 release date on Disney + Hotstar, this James Gunn directorial promises to be the most refreshing change we desperately needed from the world-ending stakes of the MCU.
