Rituparna Sengupta has lived and breathed Bijoya, the Sarat Chandra heroine from Datta, so successfully that we cannot take our eyes off her. The much awaited trailer of the film is out now, and the project that also marks the directorial debut of Nirmal Chakravarty, is one of the much awaited releases this year. The star cast is as perfect as it gets with Joy Sengupta playing Naren, Shaheb Chattopadhay as Bilash, Biswajit Chakraborty as Rashbehari and Devlina Kumar as Nalini. Pradip Mukherjee plays the role of Dayal Acharya in the film. The director has abided by the time frame of the novel and the look gives you the feel of a period film.
