The nine-minute clip is one of the most expensive music videos ever produced

There is an inexplicable appeal to Guns N’ Roses’ November Rain, that made it the oldest video on YouTube with a billion views. One of the most expensive music videos of its generation, it cost a million and a half dollars to produce and was a part of the band’s third studio album, Use Your Illusion I.
The video interplays between the band’s performance at Orpheum Theatre, Los Angeles, and Axl Rose’s wedding with then-girlfriend, Stephanie Seymour in churches of New Mexico and Los Angeles. Everything from the costumes to the shots is extremely stylised, and the video seamlessly cuts between two timelines, feeling fresh almost 30 years after its release.
Safe to say, the band makes viewers go through a plethora of emotions in nine minutes.
