‘Across the Spider-Verse’ trailer sees Miles facing more ‘Spiderpeople’

Back in 2018, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was a breath of fresh air from the barrage of superhero movies that studios were throwing our way. The trailer for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse promises even more inter-dimensional Spidey action while retaining the heart of the first film, as Shameik Moore and Hailey Steinfeld return for another adventure. Featuring Miles entering a multiverse of both friendly and frightening spider-people, the clip also hints at the growing stakes in his personal life. Miles is shown grappling with the responsibilities that come with his alter-ego, while trying to preserve the spray-painting-kid-from-Brooklyn within him. With June 2, 2023 being announced as the official release date, we sincerely hope this one lives up to the hype.
