Mismatched — Netflix’s rom-com about the heartache and heartbreak in college is returning with its second outing on October 14. The recently released trailer hints at some new complications between Prajakta Koli’s Dimple and Rohit Saraf’s Rishi, as the duo try to make way for new love in their lives, while struggling with their old feelings.

This theme seems to be a recurring one for the season, as our favourite characters try to navigate through a new year in college and the fresh dynamics it brings, while holding onto the essence of love. With almost two years since the first season began streaming, we sincerely hope Mismatched 2 is worth the wait.
