Kolkata is set to become the setting for Netflix’s most ‘unconventional’ love story so far. The streaming giant recently unveiled the official promo of Tooth Pari, a story where Tanya Maniktala’s Rumi is a vampire with a broken fang, who finds much more than dental hygiene when she goes for treatment to Shantanu Maheshwari’s Roy, her neighbourhood human dentist. The premise of this romantic thriller series is how the unlikely couple navigates romance when the definition of a ‘love bite’ is vastly different for both! Also starring Adil Hussain, Revathy, Saswata Chatterjee and Tillotama Shome, Tooth Pari releases on April 20.
