‘Euphoria’ season 2 trailer
The show just teased a chaotic and tense second season

Euphoria’s much-anticipated second season has a dramatic full-length trailer. The two-and-a-half-minute video opens with Rue (Zendaya) entering rehab to deal with her addiction issues. Her sponsor Ali (Colman Domingo) who made his debut with the holiday special episode, is also a part of the rehabilitation programme.
Hunter Schafer’s Jules is still a big part of the show and the second season could take Jules and Rue’s relationship to a different dimension. “When I first met her, I was just immediately in love. As soon as I saw her, I was just immediately afraid to lose her,” Rue says in the trailer. The video also teases a new relationship between Sydney Sweeney’s Cassie and Jacob Elordi’s Nate.
“I just feel like there is such a disconnect between what young people are going through and what everyone else thinks they’re going through. We didn’t want to pull any punches. We didn’t want to make it feel like we were holding anything back or that we are hiding anything,” showrunner Sam Levinson shared recently.
Euphoria releases on January 9.
