Emily is back for some very Parisian drama

Emily is back in the city of love and is keeping busy. In the second season, she’s finally learning French, she has a charming British boyfriend named Alfie (Lucien Laviscount) and is also trying her best to steer clear of Gabriel (Lucas Bravo).
She’s also trying to reconcile with her BFF Camille (Camille Razat), who still hasn’t quite forgiven Emily for her tryst with Gabriel. Emily’s boss Madeline (Kate Walsh) also joins her this season and her icy Savoir boss Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu) is as mercurial as ever. But it’s clear that Emily has found her footing in the city, though she struggles to find a balance between her personal and professional life.
There are plenty of balls and runway shows and fans could experience a healthy bout of escapism since the show has decided to not address the pandemic at all. So, if you’re looking for a comfort watch for the Christmas weekend, you know where to start.
