Indo-Bangladesh food festival coming soon at 6 Ballygunge Place

Taste authentic Dal and Bhorta at ‘Aamar Roshonar Bangla’

Durga Puja ends today but you must have heard the popular saying, “Bangalir baaro mashe tero parbon”. Going by the saying, 6 Ballygunge Place has announced a unique festival with a menu that will flaunt authentic Dal and Bhorta recipes from West Bengal and Bangladesh. Starting November 10, the festival, ‘Aamar Roshonar Bangla’, will have Chef Sushanta Sengupta, director, 6 Ballygunge Place and Chef Nayana Afroz, culinary expert and food consultant from Bangladesh collaborate to bring to you traditional flavours of both epaar Bangla and opaar Bangla. Get ready to taste dishes like Chingrir Bhorta, Til Badam Bhorta, Ilish Machher Matha diye Mashkolai er Dal, Haate Makha Masoor Dal and more! Save the date today!
