Walk through the arrivals and departures of goddess Durga through some stunning photographs by Naveen Kishore. A photography exhibition by the founder of Seagull Books is being held at Waypoint Cafe in Kolkata and Chatterjee and Lal in Mumbai from October 5 to 31. The exhibition called The Green Room of the Goddess will showcase an array of photographs clicked 20 years ago by the publisher cum photographer. The photos capture the homecoming of goddess Durga, where she takes shape from clay to an idol and then leaves after nine days of celebration of female power.
