Italian fine-dine Sorano on Ho Chi Minh Sarani is hosting ‘Spritzy Sundays’ this weekend onwards, which will see Italian mainstays, like pizzas, Prosecco and peppy jazz under one roof! There’s a special drinks menu along with weekly specials on their food menu as well. Popular jazz duo Soham Dey and Rupsha Sen of Django ‘N’ Blue will be there to entertain you.
We suggest digging into Pan Seared Red Snapper, which is served with pommery mustard sauce, burghul, fennel salad and apricot salsa and Pazza Pollo — a pretty plate of San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, garlic flakes, button mushrooms, capsicum and a mix of in-house spices. Wash them down with a stiff Prosecco Rossini or Bellini and don’t forget to try their special Berry Frangipani Tart for dessert!
