Gehraiyaan gave us some major beach body goals and also unleashed a wanderlust in us. And it turns out, the stunning Alibaug villa featured in the film actually exists and it’s a boutique hotel in Goa. Ahilya by the Sea is a gorgeous and serene escape, tucked away in Goa’s Dolphin Bay. The property houses nine spacious rooms spread across three independent villas and also features two beautiful swimming pools and yoga decks.
Some pivotal scenes in Gehraiyaan were shot on this property during the first half of the pandemic. The hotel also keeps hosting tasting menus and recently hosted Qualia's Rahul Akerkar, the godfather of modern cuisine, for ten days.
