“The bond stays the same…” wrote Prosenjit, and we agree. This is one camaraderie that we want to see over and over again. We are talking about Prosenjit and Srijit Mukherji’s creative collab that has given us a Baishe Srabon and is all set to take us on an unforgettable journey with Dawshom Awbotaar. The film releases this Durga Puja, and honestly, we can’t wait to catch a first day first show.
Baishe Srabon, with its intriguing storyline is one of the best works of Srijit. Probir Roy Chowdhury aka Prosenjit in the film was the police officer whose character made us fall in love with him and had our hearts wrench with the agony his eyes spoke. The songs, the use of poetry and the plot — Baishe Srabon is a cult in its own way.
Dawshom Awbotaar is the Srijit-verse that we have our hopes pinned on, and we wish the duo all the success.
